Built for Pressure.
Built for Aviation.
Our Job Isn’t Cleaning Aircraft. It’s Protecting Reputations.
In aviation, reputations are visible. They show up in the conditions of the aircraft, the readiness of the hangar, and the experience surrounding every flight.
Airlines, operators, and MRO facilities don’t hire vendors because they need someone to wipe surfaces.
They hire partners who can perform without supervision, in environments where pressure, timelines, and expectations never stop.
FoxTrot is built to operate inside that reality.
If we’re doing our job right, we’re off your radar.
Our Core Values
These Are Not Wall Statements. They Are Operating Standards.
Our leadership team runs on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), giving every location clear accountability, measurable goals, and a disciplined meeting rhythm that drives consistent execution.
Transparency
Accountability and integrity are non-negotiable. If something goes wrong, we communicate it, own it, and fix it.
Client Focus
We are resourceful. We are solution-oriented. We add value beyond the scope of work. Our job is not to complete tasks. It is to protect your operation.
GRIT
Consistency. Aspiration. And giving a damn. We show up every day ready to execute in environments that are physically demanding and operationally complex.
Safety
Always top of mind. Education. Enforcement. Reporting. Safety is not a marketing bullet. It is embedded into how we train and operate.
Systems
Process. Experience. Scalability. Mentorship. We build structure before we scale.
Our Story
Some Companies Are Founded To Fill A Gap In The Market.
FoxTrot Was Founded To Do The Work Right.
In 2010, Anthony Pentz started detailing private aircraft while still in school. Not because it was glamorous, but because he saw how much precision and care aviation environments demand. Every detail mattered. Every surface told a story. And reputation was everything.
Chris Stump joined soon after. The two had known each other since kindergarten. That trust became the backbone of everything Foxtrot would build.
Expand for more
As word spread about the quality and consistency of the work, opportunities grew. Private aircraft became commercial fleets. Detailing became MRO support. One location became forty.
But the standard never changed.
Today, FoxTrot operates nationwide, supporting airlines, private operators, and MRO facilities across the country. Our teams work in some of the most demanding environments in aviation, where mistakes are costly, standards are high, and consistency is the only thing that matters.
We didn't build this company to be the biggest. We built it to be the most reliable.
For the operators who trust us with their aircraft.
For the team members who show up every day with pride.
For the reputation we protect, ours and theirs.
That’s what drives us. And that’s what will always drive us.
Anthony S. Pentz II
CEO
Anthony Pentz is CEO and Co-Founder of FoxTrot Aviation Services LLC, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term growth planning. He holds an MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and brings deep expertise in scaling complex service organizations.
Since founding FoxTrot in 2010, Pentz has grown the company from a $1,200 startup to a $20M+ enterprise—without outside ownership or investment. He has developed FoxTrot’s financial infrastructure, performance reporting systems, and profitability framework, ensuring strong cash flow and balance sheet health through sustained growth.
Pentz also oversees national operations and built a scalable management training program that has supported the company’s rapid expansion. He is the architect of FoxTrot’s Safety Management System (SMS), aligning risk management and training to deliver long-term service excellence.
Christopher T. Stump
Managing Principal & Head of Business Development
Christopher Stump is Principal and Co-Founder of FoxTrot Aviation Services LLC, where he leads national sales, strategic partnerships, and business development. A natural relationship builder, Stump has driven the commercial growth behind FoxTrot’s evolution from a regional startup to a national aviation services provider.
Stump earned his BA from Walsh University, launching his early career as an NCAA and Minor League Baseball umpire before transitioning into business full-time. In 2010, he co-founded FoxTrot with Anthony Pentz, starting with late-night aircraft cleaning at a small Ohio airport. By 2017, the company had grown large enough for both founders to go all-in—Pentz completing his MBA, and Stump retiring from professional umpiring to scale sales and operations full-time.
Today, Stump leads all aspects of customer growth and retention, building long-standing relationships across the aviation industry. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, boating, golf, and time with his wife Lynsay, daughters Quinn and Sloane, and their dog Nash.
